Issues with pages and files
I keep my system as updated as possible but going from something like 3.6 to 4.0 would probably leave my system inoperaple due to all the customization ive done. Does anybody remembers the existence of the "Linux Installation and Getting Started Guide", by Matt Welsh?? Does anybody remember the meaning of RTFM?

I'd like to thank SSC and all the authors of the "Linux Installation and Getting Started" guide from the LDP. First I want to report some bugs I found, and then describe how I was able to I believe the problem is the advanced chapter has been split in two, but not all of the references have been updated.

Writers job description/definition
The database samples are included on the CD with WAS standard, but I discoverd that in the getting started guide there are no description for defining the database stuff (JDBC driver and more) as there is in the getting started guide for the advanced edition. So I am wondering are those database samples not

Eclipse has great documentation and a good Getting Started tutorial built right into the IDE, and I would urge you to go through that if you are new to Eclipse. I think the guides that came with Redhat-9, eg the Getting Started Guide and Customisation Guide were very good. I think 95% of what they say is valid for Fedora-2. But when I try the example url on page 49 of the getting started guide (serv;et/snoop) I get the 404 error. I cannot connect to any resource. Everything I try from servlet/snoop on Is the httpd.conf updated correctly ? Is the rules.properties file in the <was root>/temp directory there, and does it look correct ?
